Kandimallayapalli is located 60 km from Kadapa. It is well connected by road. The preferable route is Kadapa-Mydukur-Kandimallayapalli. From Mydukur, the distance is 37 km. From Hyderabad the route is Hyderabad - Kurnool - Nandyal - Allagadda - Mydukur - B Matam. The distance from Mydukur to B.Matam is around 35 km. Sree Veerabrahmendra Swamy, 500 years ago, in his kalagnana, has prophesied that a Navaratna temple will be constructed in Kandimallayappalle (Brahmam Garimutt) in kaliyuga before his arrival. Sri Patnala Sanyasi Rao, an Industrialist from Chennai, has destined to be the Builder of this significant Temple at Brahmam Gari mutt. A Veda Pathashala is running at this temple premises. This temple is termed as navaratna temple, as 9 temples are located in this premises.[2]

Brahmamsagar Reservoir
Sree Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy Reservoir is part of the Telugu Ganga irrigation project. Its foundation stone was laid by NT Ramarao. The project was completed during YS Raja Sekhar Reddy's term as chief minister. The reservoir has a capacity of 2 billion cubic meters. Along with the surrounding hills, the reservoir has become a popular tourist attraction. AP Tourism operates a boat there.
Narayana Swamy Ashramam
Narayana Swamy Ashramam:Bommu's family members constructed Narayana Swamy's temple in Obularaju Palle and continued doing worship with Narayana Swamy. Later this village was submerged in Brahmam sagar reservoir in 2005. Bommu family members started a registered trust and later started constructing the temple.In 2008 Garbhagudi (the main area where Narayana Swamy's Idol is present) is completed and moving towards expansion.Narayana Swamy is ilavelpu for Bommu's family and every year Bommu family members, relatives and other devotees will celebrate Swamy's utsava.
