A. B. Paterson College is a private, non-denominational, co-educational school in Arundel, in the northern Gold Coast region of Queensland, Australia. The school is named after the Australian bush poet A. B. "Banjo" Paterson. Its current principal is Dawn Lang. The college has four Houses, also named after Australian poets each corresponding to one of the primary colours:
* Henry Lawson - Red
* Judith Wright - Yellow
* Dorothea Mackellar - Blue
* Clarence Michael James Stanislaus Dennis "C. J. Dennis" - Green

The college was the first school in Australia to introduce Teaching for Understanding, which was developed at Harvard University. In July 2006 the school hosted a TFU conference attended by participants from across the world.

It also was the major sponsor for the Grades 4 to 11 Mathematical Modelling Challenge in 2004-2007, Hosted at the Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus).

A. B. Paterson's 2006 Grade 12 OP score rankings were published in the QSA annual school OP achievements table. This ranked A. B.
