Wembley Downs is an inner northwestern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is about 10km from the CBD and is located within the City of Stirling, although the Wembley Golf Course, from which the suburb takes its name, is located in the Town of Cambridge.

Wembley Downs contains Hale School, an Anglican boys' private school, a state primary school, and a small shopping centre called The Downs. The street plan of Wembley Downs is is designed in a circular pattern around the main intersection at Hale Road and Weaponess Road.
