Pennsylvania Route 84 was a 64 mile long north-south state highway located in northern central Pennsylvania. The southern terminus of the route was at U.S. Route 220 in the Piatt Township hamlet of Larrys Creek. The northern terminus was at Pennsylvania Route 549 a half-mile south of the New York-Pennsylvania border in Wells Township.

The route is now Pennsylvania Route 287 from Larrys Creek to U.S. Route 15 northeast of Tioga and Pennsylvania Route 328 from US 15 to PA 549.
