Though Hindu people are the majority, this village has exclusive streets for Christians and Muslims inside the village. There are many Hindu temples, a couple of churches and a mosque, servicing the needs of any religion. All people are friendly and have been living in harmony for many years, forgetting their religious differences. The "Jesus Redeems", a well known church, caters to people from all over the world. The last Saturdays of a week are special here with various speakers talking about Christianity.
