Interstates • U.S. Routes • State Routes← SR 606 SR 608 → Ohio State Route 607 was a former north–south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus wason the East Huntington Bridge over the Ohio River, at the West Virginia state line near Proctorville, where West Virginia Route 106 continues south. State Route 607’s northern terminus was at State Route 7 just west of Proctorville.
As a part of the Chesapeake Bypass project, State Route 607 was temporarily extended north of State Route 7 along a new bypass alignment. In 2006, State Route 7 was moved onto this road and State Route 775 was extended south to replace State Route 607.[1]
