Bishop's Falls is a Canadian town in the north-central part of the island of Newfoundland in Newfoundland and Labrador.

It is in Division No. 6, on the Exploits River, near the town of Grand Falls-Windsor and the town of Botwood. Its mayor, Jody Fancey, is the first female mayor; she succeeded former mayor Oliver Rose.

The railroad played a major part in the area's history. There is a trestle in the town which is the longest east of Quebec. The town sits along the Exploits River which flows through and to the falls. There is ongoing talk of combining the towns of Bishop's Falls and Grand Falls-Windsor.

According to the 2006 Statistics Canada Census:
*Population: 3,399
*% Change (2001-2006): -7.8
*Dwellings: 1,413
*Area (km²): 28.12
*Density (persons per km²): 120.9
