Dillard is an unincorporated community in southern Crawford County, Missouri, United States. It is located about 22 miles south of Steelville in the Mark Twain National Forest. The community was founded in 1887 and is named after Joseph Dillard Cottrell, operator of Dillard Mill, a grist mill.
