The Brixton Road shop was established in the 1880s and originally traded as 'Morley & Lanceley'. It is now a member of Associated Independent Stores, a buying group, which supplies a large number of small and medium sized independent retailers with textile and other non-food goods. Roomes Fashion and Home was acquired by the group in 2009.[1] Pearsons stores in Enfield and Bishop's Stortford were purchased in 2010.[2]
