Laurie Heather Holden (born December 17, 1972) is an American/Canadian actress. She is noted for the recurring role of Marita Covarrubias on "The X-Files", co-starring with Jim Carrey in the film "The Majestic", playing the police officer Cybil Bennett in the "Silent Hill" movie, and Amanda Dunfrey in "The Mist".

Holden was born in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, the daughter of actors Larry Holden and Adrienne Ellis, sister of actor and trainee assistant director Christopher Holden, stepdaughter of film director Michael Anderson and stepsister of actor Michael Anderson, Jr. and producer David Anderson.
