"Expect No Mercy" is a 1995 action/science-fiction film starring Billy Blanks, Jalal Merhi, Wolf Larson, Laurie Holden, Anthony de Longis, and Michael Blanks. The soundtrack was composed by Varouje. The film was written by Stephen J. Maunder, produced by Jalal Merhi, and directed by Zale Dalen.

“Federal Service Agent Justin Vanier (Billy Blanks) has been assigned to infiltrate the ‘Virtual Arts Academy’ in search of evidence to prove that the Academy is just a smoke screen for an illegal operation—a private army. Warbeck, the cult leader, is the creator of this high-tech facility where a new generation of assassins are trained inside a virtual reality arena.

“Penetrating the organizations as a new recruit, Justin makes contact with the only surviving undercover agent, Eric (Jalal Merhi). Together, they must crack down Warbeck’s operation, before another assassination is committed. The agents must combine their fighting skills, to escape the computer generated world and confront Warbeck face to face. The result is an explosive and very ‘real’ battle to the death.”
