(2009)Never Trust a Hippy is an EP from NOFX, released on March 14, 2006. It preceded their full-length album Wolves in Wolves' Clothing, just as the Regaining Unconsciousness EP foreran The War on Errorism, their previous album from 2003.
The title phrase was coined by Sex Pistols' art director Jamie Reid for a series of posters allegedly aimed at Virgin Records owner Richard Branson. It was later used as the title for a live Sex Pistols album and as a lyric in their song "Who Killed Bambi?"
