The idea for the EP was originally announced in 2009—before the release of the group's eleventh studio album Coaster—and was originally announced to be released exclusively as a 10" vinyl record.[3][4] The EP was also made available in 12" vinyl picture disc and 7" vinyl record formats.[5]
Track listing
The EP features nine songs that were originally written by "rather obscure American hardcore bands" from the 1980s.[6] The album's packaging is completely blank and devoid of any official song titles or writing credits, thus the true track listing will be unknown. NOFX frontman Fat Mike suggested in a 2009 interview that the album would include songs by Necros, Social Unrest, and Stretch Marks.[6][7] In 2011, Fat Mike said the album would include a song by Rebel Truth.[8]
