Trace State Park, also known as Old Natchez Trace Park, is a state park in the U.S. state of Mississippi. It is located off Mississippi Highway 6 near the hamlet of Furrs, about halfway between Pontotoc and Tupelo. It is named after the nearby Natchez Trace Parkway and the historic Natchez Trace.[citation needed]
Historic figure Davy Crockett once lived within the area bounded by the park.[1]
The park is located at 34°15′30″N 88°54′00″W / 34.25833°N 88.9°W [2]
