Victory Park is a master planned development northwest of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and north of Spur 366 (Woodall Rodgers Freeway). It is along Interstate 35E, part of the Stemmons Corridor and Uptown.

The US$3 Billion project, at convert|75|acre|km2|2, is just north of the West End Historic District of downtown Dallas. At full build-out, the project will contain more than 4,000 residences and convert|4000000|sqft|m2|-4 of office and retail space.

About

The project includes the American Airlines Center and the new 33-story W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences. Other structures are planned such as the 43-story One Victory Tower, high-rise apartments, condominium towers, as well as retail and green spaces. Part of the development includes an area (Victory Plaza) reminiscent of Times Square in New York City. The plaza's pavement, with three twisting star fountains (referring to the local teams), was designed by artist Athena Tacha in 2000. This area now contains the largest and greatest number of digital billboards overlooking a plaza anywhere in the world and the plaza features studios for WFAA-TV, a local broadcast station.Among many new restaurants from national and local operators will be Nove, N9NE Steakhouse, Craft, Kenichi, Luna de Noche, La Condesa Tequila Bar and a new Gastropub concept.

The American Airlines Center: Home of the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, and Dallas Desperados, was the first tenant located in Victory. The facility opened in July 2001. It is located at [http://maps.google.com/maps?oi=map&q=2500+Victory+Avenue,+Dallas,+TX 2500 Victory Avenue] .

The W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences: The 33-story hotel was the first W Hotel to be built in Texas and was completed in late summer of 2006. The hotel includes both guest rooms and condominium properties and houses a Bliss Spa, "Craft," New York Chef Tom Colicchio's new restaurant concept, and the ultra-hip "Ghostbar" lounge. The W Dallas-Victory, which broke ground on 15 April 2004, is located at 2440 Victory Park Lane.

Victory Park Marketing Center: The Victory Park Marketing Center is located in the South Residential Tower of the W Hotel

Cirque : A 28-story high-rise rental building- Recently complete with first floor dining concept named The Boardroom.

Victory Tower: A 43-story mixed-use tower which will contain a Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 91 residences, and office space. This project has been "postponed". Recent reports say the project is schedule to resume in January of 2009. A Mandarin Oriental sales center is schedule to open January, 3, 2009 outside of American Airlines Center.

Dallas Museum of Nature & Science: Museum that dedicates science, nature, and the environment- Approved

One Victory Plaza: A large office building across the street from the American Airlines Center and the W Hotel; will house the Dallas office of Big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young. The buildings ground level will feature a 9,600 sq. ft. Balducci's, a luxury gourmet grocer, Lucy Boutique and a Starbucks.

Two Victory Plaza: The sister building to One Victory Plaza across the street. Pre-construction lease signed by FOX News. The ground level of the building is rumored to have Texas' first Henry Bendel, the New York based luxury retailer.

Trump Tower Dallas: A 39-story mixed-use tower which will feature 114 luxury residences and two levels of outdoor retail.

Grand Lux Cafe: has signed the lease for the recently closed Nove Italiano located in the plaza at American Airlines Arena. The sister concept of The Cheesecake Factory, the restaurant will feature an extensive menu and dozens of cheesecakes.
