Warrego Highway and theCunningham Highway betweenBrisbane and Ipswich,Australia .It initially passes through suburbs like Rocklea, Oxley, Darra and Goodna in south west Brisbane and then crosses the eastside of Ipswich. The Motorway is directly connected to the M5
Centenary Freeway at Darra and the M4Logan Motorway at Gailes. This road has been identified in the
South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Program as one requiring urgent attention so thatfuture traffic does not become very congested. In the coming months the Federal Government will reveal if it will fund a Northern Bypass of the Western section of the M7. Current estimates of the Northern Deviation range from AU$1.2b to over AU$2b. This 7km section of new Motorway will divert traffic from the Warrego and Cunningham Motorways over the Brisbane River. It would then connect back to the old road at the M7/M4 Interchange.
