Opuntia schulzii A.Cast. & LelongThe cuija (Brasiliopuntia brasiliensis) is a species of cactus and the only species in the genus Brasiliopuntia. The Spanish word cuija can also refer to other cacti, however, such as Opuntia rastrera.[1]
Range
Brasiliopuntia brasiliensis is native to South America, especially Brazil. There are some introduced populations elsewhere, such as Florida.[2]
