State Route 259 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. It is composed of two sections joined by West Virginia Route 259. The south section begins at the Interstate 81/U.S. Route 11 interchange at Mauzy, running northwest and north via Broadway to the West Virginia state line. The north section, known as Carpers Pike, re-enters Virginia and ends at U.S. Route 50 near Gore.
