Necoclí — Municipality and town — Location of the municipality and town of Necoclí in the Antioquia Department of Colombia Country Colombia Department Antioquia Department Time zone Colombia Standard Time (UTC-5) Necoclí is a town and municipality in Antioquia Department, Colombia. It was originally founded as a Spanish city called San Sebastián de Buena Vista. It was founded by Pedro de Heredia who died in 1555, but the city lives on.
