The building will be part of the One Rockwell building complex. It is the tallest in the complex and it will be one of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines when completed, rising 210 m (689 ft) from ground.
Design
The tower will be elliptical in shape and will be built using the usual steel and glaze. Balconies will be built at the peak of the tower. The bulk of the tower will be covered in a blue tinted glaze but clear glazing will be used to cover the roof.
This facade will allow those at the rooftop pool and decking area to have fantastic views of the city below without having to worry about falling over the edge. The top of the tower also features two levels not only making it magnificent but this will gives space for relaxation in separated areas.[1]
