Olympia Boulevard is an important artery in the South Beach, Ocean Breeze, and Midland Beach neighborhoods in the New York City borough of Staten Island. Olympia Boulevard exists in three disconnected sections which terminate upon reaching parkland.^[1]

First Leg

The first and most-traveled leg of Olympia Boulevard starts at Sand Lane goes on for about 0.60 miles (0.97 km) before terminating at the corner of Quintard Street.^[1] Landmarks on this section include the Crystal Room Catering Hall,^[2] and the Our Place School which provides classes to disabled elementary-aged students.^[3]

The MTA provides NYCT S52 bus service on this section of Olympia Boulevard north of Norway Avenue,^[4]

Second Leg

The second leg is the shortest of the three and runs from Seaview Avenue near Staten Island University Hospital for 0.10 miles (0.16 km) before ending at Buel Avenue.^[1]

Third Leg

The third leg is the longest and last leg of the route. It begins at Dongan Hills Avenue and runs for about 0.90 miles (1.45 km) before coming to a dead end at Miller Field Park. Between Midland Avenue and Greeley Avenue Olympia Boulevard become a one-way northbound.^[1]
