Ōhoyamatsumi

Ohoyamatsumi (大山積命 Ōyamatsumi-no-Mikoto; also Ohoyama) is in Japanese mythology an elder brother of Amaterasu, and an important god who rules mountain, sea, and war. He is also the father of Konohanasakuya-hime,[1] the kami of Mount Fuji.

His most important shrine, Ohoyamazumi Shrine, is located on Ohomishima.[citation needed]
