The Notched-winged tortricid (Acleris emargana) is a moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found from Europe to Siberia, northern China, Korea and Japan. In Tibet, ssp. Acleris emargana tibetica is found and in North America, ssp. Acleris emargana blackmorei occurs.
The wingspan is 18-22 mm. The moths are on wing from July to November.
The larvae feed on the leaves and shoots of various trees, including Salix, Populus and Betula.
