Noor Aftab (born 9 November 1981) is an international keynote speaker, the co-founder of Shahina Aftab Foundation. She was born in the city of Rawalpindi, to an Army Officer and educationist & development expert.

Aftab attended and presented at a C5 meeting on gender-based microfinancing in Hong Kong.[1] She also attended the Global Women Summit in Turkey, attended by 1,000 women and three first ladies.[2] She spoke on on the Political Risk in Microfinance in New York.[3]

In 2010, Noor Aftab and Shahina Aftab co-founded the Shahina Aftab Foundation (SAF) as a global NGO to train in micro-finance and community development. During the 2010 Pakistan floods, the Shahina Aftab Foundation worked in collaboration with the International School of Islamabad.[4][5]

Aftab won the International Women's Day outstanding service award in 2011.[6]
