The Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (English: Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia), also called Uptc, is a state, national and public university, located primarily in Tunja, Sogamoso, Duitama and Chiquinquirá, four cities of the Colombian Department of Boyacá.

The university is member of the Association of Colombian Universities (ASCUN). The Uptc is the highest education institution of the department with about 28,000 students in academic programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with 67 graduate diplomas and 23 postgraduate diplomas.
