The University of La Guajira ( _es. Universidad de La Guajira), (Wayuu: "Shikii Ekirajia Pulee Wajira") is a Colombian public university located in the northern Colombian city of Riohacha, Department of La Guajira. The University of La Guajira was founded in February 1977 as a result of a study by the Urban and Regional Planification System (SIPUR).
