Narketpally (also spelled Narkat pally, Narkatpally, Narketpalli or Narkatpalli) (Telugu: నార్కెట్‌పల్లి) is a village and mandal located along National Highway 9 (India) in Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It lies on National Highway 9 between Chityal and Kattangoor in Nalgonda district. It is the fastest growing village/town in A.P. It is around 80km away from Hyderabad on NH9 and 18km from Nalgonda on SH2. It is getting lot of attention due to the economical development that is happening in the past few years mainly due to it's strategic location. It lies in between the biggest cites of the state Hyderabad and Vijayawada. It has one of the best private medical colleges in A.P(Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences which offers courses like MBBS, Dental, Nursing and PG). The KIMS Hospital attached to medical college serves the people of Narketpally and the surrounding villages. It also has good infrastructure for industries. There are several factories like OCTL, Raasi, Heritage milk factory and others located here. There are few more industries operating from govt developed industrial layouts as well. Nalgonda districts university MG university and police academy located just 5 kms away the town.

Narketpally is located at an approximate distance of 80km from Hyderabad(the state capital of Andhra Pradesh)

It has two major highways connecting, the national highway 9 ( NH9) and the state highway 2 ( SH2) both of them being expanded into 4 lanes, the NH9 is proposed to be expanded to 6 lanes in few years.
