- Nam Nao National Park

Nam Nao National Park is located in Nam Nao District, Phetchabun Province in northern Thailand. It is situated 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Amphoe Lom Sak. The park is a large forest still in its original state. It is filled with pineries, grasslands and virgin ungles. The park is home to more than 100 species of birds. The average annual temperature is 25 degree Celsius. The coldest month is November with temperatures as low as 0 degrees Celsius. Nam Nao NP is encompassed within a Level I TCU.[1] It's area encompasses 1,000 square kilometres (390 sq mi) in size.[2]
