Mohd Nor Farhan Muhammad is a Malaysian football player currently playing for Kelantan FA, a team playing in the Malaysian Super League. He is the member of Malaysia national team.

He previously play with Terengganu FA during 2005/06 until 2006/07 season and was their top scorer for 2006 Malaysia Cup. He join 2006/07 Malaysia Premier League champion PDRM in 2007/08 season in Malaysia Super League. For 2009 season, he join Kelantan FA.

Nor Farhan was the member of Malaysia national team since 2006. He made his international senior debut against Singapore on May 31, 2006. He one of the player playing in 2006 Asian Games.

For 2007, Nor Farhan was selected to represent Malaysia for 2007 AFC Asian Cup. He only made two appearances as substitute. Norfarhan also helping Malaysia to win 2007 Merdeka Tournament after defeating Myanmar 3-1.
