Mohd Noor Ali is a Singaporean footballer who plays as a midfielder, currently for Hougang United FC. He also played as a winger in his career and was the robin for Aleksandar Duric when they played together for Geylang United and SAFFC. He was charged by FAS in 2003 with placing bets on S-League games, thus breaching the S-League Players' Code of Conduct, and banned for the season. His brother, Jamil Ali, currently plays for Tampines Rovers.
