Mineralovodsky District (Russian: Минералово́дский райо́н) is an administrative^[2] and municipal^[3] district (raion), one of the 26 in Stavropol Krai, Russia. The area of the district is 1,443 square kilometers (557 sq mi).^[2] Its administrative center is the town of Mineralnye Vody (which is municipally, but not administratively, a part of the district).^[2][4] District's population: 49,413 (2010 Census preliminary results);^[5] 46,626 (2002 Census);^[9] 38,669 (1989 Census).^[10]
