Mike Ramos Personal information Born November 1, 1962 Medal recordMen's athletics Competitor for United States Universiade Gold 1985 Kobe Decathlon Mike Ramos (born November 1, 1962) is a retired decathlete who competed for the United States during his career. He was the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) decathlon champion (1986) and won three Pac-10 decathlon titles (1983, 1984, 1986). In 1986 he set the NCAA decathlon record by scoring 8,322 points in the Pac-10 championship meet. He was inducted to the University of Washington Husky Hall of Fame in 2000. Today he owns a restaurant in Missoula, Montana.[1]
