Marvin Eugene Scandrick III, (born September 25, 1978) better known by his stage name Slim, is an American R&B singer better known for being part of the band 112.

After 112 released their fifth album, Pleasure & Pain in 2005, Slim started making solo music via the Internet. In 2008, he released the single "So Fly", featuring Yung Joc. It has reached #49 on the Billboard Hot 100.^[1] His debut album, Love's Crazy, was released on November 18, 2008.

He is currently the CEO of his own label, M3 Productions.^[2]

Slim confirmed that his next project is called "Cruise Control". He is working with a rapper named Deezo and a group called Ivy Leegue. Also got a project with 8Ball called "Fatboy & Slim: The Movie".^[3]

He has recently been working in the studio with Atlanta rapper J.Futuristic also known as J Money First Name Last Name. They have recorded over 6 songs in the last week, including an unreleased song called "Hey Girl".

He confirmed via Twitter that he is in talks with a deal with Capitol Records.^[4]
