Brigadier (R) Manzoor Hussain Atif (1928 – 2008) was a former secretary Pakistan Hockey Federation and Olympian. Atif was born in 1928 in Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.

Atif was one of Pakistan's iconic hockey fullback, he represented Pakistan in four Olympics and was part of the team that won the gold medal at the 1960 Rome Olympics. He also served as the team manager of the Pakistan squad that won second and third Olympic gold medals in Mexico in 1968 and in Los Angeles in 1984.

He served as general secretary of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) for 11 years, becoming the first non-European chairman of the International Hockey Federation Rules Board in 1994. During his tenure as PHF general secretary, Pakistan won the World Cup 1982 in Bombay, India. Atif also held the position of Asian Hockey Federation general secretary for 16 years and was vice president of the organization between 1982–2001. He was highly respected in the hockey world and was instrumental in raising the sport’s profile at an international level.

Brig (R) Manzoor Hussain Atif died after a prolonged illness in Islamabad on December 8, 2008. He was 81. He has left behind a widow, two daughters and two sons.
