Magdalena Adriaantje (Magda) Berndsen-Jansen (born May 4, 1950 in Leiden) is a Dutch politician and former police officer. As a member of Democrats 66 (D66) she has been an MP since June 17, 2010. She focuses on matters of safety, judiciary and police.

Berndsen was mayor of Obdam and Beverwijk, and corps chief of Gooi en Vechtstreek Police and Friesland Police.
