Domain Central is an outlet shopping centre in Townsville. It is a Queensland's largest major outlet and large goods shopping centre, containing 50 stores including major retailers such as Dick Smith, JB Hi-Fi, Freedom, Lincraft, Trade Secret and a number of other homemaker, fashion and discount outlets. The shopping centre was developed in 2006 and 2007 by Lancini Developments and is currently managed by Fenis Real Estate.

Stores

Domain Central remains primarily a homemaker mall, with the great majority of the center's 50+ retailers specializing in furniture, interior design or consumer electronics. There is, however, also a number of fashion retailers in the center as well as some smaller specialist businesses.

Anchor Tenants

Domain Central has a number of anchor tenants, with the major consumer electronics retailers Dick Smith Powerhouse and JB Hifi establishing a presence early in the center's development in late 2007, and early 2008 respectively. Furniture retailer, Freedom, also established a store in the centre in early 2008 along with discount fashion outlet, Trade Secret. The center is also directly adjacent, and connected to Harvey Norman Townsville, who is a major draw-card electronics and furniture retailer. In 2009 Dick Smith Powerhouse, as part of a nationwide branding reconciliation, was rebranded as a full range Dick Smith store.

Other Major Tenants

Domain Central also has a large number of outlet and discount retailers including the furniture retailers Nick Scali Furniture, Far Pavilions, Bazaar Furniture Traders, Bedshed, Sleepcity, Snooze and Sleepys; lifestyle retailers BCF, Tackleworld, BNG Sports and Kathmandu and fashion retailers Barkins, Millers and Tarocash. Gaming retailer Game and Crazy Clarks, a discount retailer also have stores in the centre.
