Background
Roger Waters is the rights holder to all videos shot during The Wall Tour. He has given conflicted answers on the status of the concert films he allowed made, stating from "trying to locate this footage for historical purposes but was unsuccessful and considers it to be lost forever" to "I have all of the film but am reluctant to release".
The road crew was given special permission to film the concert at Earl's Court and this is where the film seems to come from. It was shot from three separate angles, with three separate cameras with professional pan and zoom features, and on tripods. There was no camera jitter and movement, no low quality shots, no splicing or flickering evident.
