During the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, several governments have chosen to create display pavilions to market their regions to international and other visitors, in the style of a World's Fair

Corporate pavilions
- LiveCity Yaletown - Acer, Coca-Cola, Panasonic, Samsung
- Canada Pavilion (the federal government of Canada) - located at LiveCity on Georgia and Beatty streets[1]
Canadian provinces and territories
- Alberta House and Plaza - located on Robson and Beatty streets near BC Place, will hose business-to-business and cultural events[2]
- Canada's Northern House (shared between Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) - located in a former Toronto Dominion Back West Hastings Street.
- CentrePlace Manitoba - located at LiveCity Vancouver on Cambie and Georgia
- Saskatchewan Pavilion - located at Concord Pacific Place on False Creek it features a 6-story "video dome" [3]
Others
- Four Host First Nations Pavilion (the Lil'wat, Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh) - showcasing First Nations culture. Located at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
- Place de la Francophonie - located on Granville Island, sponsored by the Fondation canadienne pour le dialogue des cultures (Canadian Foundation for Cross Cultural Dialogue) and the Fédération des francophones de la Colombie-Britannique (Francophone Federation of British Columbia), a free performance venue featuring French-speaking performers, a part of the cultural Olympiad
