(Quoy & Gaimard, 1830)The Paradise Drongo or Ribbon-tailed Drongo (Dicrurus megarhynchus) is a species of bird in the Dicruridae family. It is endemic to Papua New Guinea. Historian Edward H. Schafer believes that the birds may be the same as the kalavinka birds of paradise mentioned in Buddhist texts.[1][2]
