Defensor Arica was a Peruvian football club, located in the city of Lima. The club was founded with the name of club Defensor Arica and was promoted to Primera Division Peruana on 1964.

The club was runner-up in the national tournament at 1969. On 1970, Defensor Arica played in the Copa Libertadores, but was eliminated in the First Stage.

On 1972, Defensor Arica was relegated and was his last appearance in the Primera Division Peruana.
