Dakota College at Bottineau

Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is a two-year public institution of higher education in Bottineau, North Dakota.

Founded in 1906 as a forestry school, today DCB offers associate's degrees in Business, Computer Technology/Information Technology, Natural Resources, Medical/Allied Health, and Education. It offers Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in these fields, which are highly vocationally-oriented degrees designed to enable the recipient to find employment after receiving the AAS degree.

Additionally, DCB offers 2-year Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) degrees in the aforementioned fields, with a large general education requirement for degree completion; these AA and AS degrees are transferable to bachelor's degree programs at a 4-year college or university. Diploma, certificate, and certificate of completion programs are also offered, which require fewer credits completed than that required for an associate's degree.
