Mascot Eagles Nickname Crim, Crim High Yearbook 'Azuwur' Alonzo A. Crim Open Campus High School evolved in the Fall of 2005, with the main focus of complimenting the traditional high school programs of Atlanta Public Schools. It is considered a non-traditional program designed to fit the needs of non-traditional students. It is located in southeast Atlanta, GA in the Kirkwood (Atlanta) community.

History
From 1988-2005, the school was named Alonzo Aristotle Crim Comprehensive High School. It was a feeder school for Coan Middle School and Thurgood Marshall Middle School. Alonzo A. Crim Comprehensive High School closed its doors in 2005 leaving Open Campus to occupy the newly renovated campus.
Crim Open Campus High School is for students ages 16 and older residing in the City of Atlanta who have not found success in a traditional high school setting. Study is intense and concentrated without organized sports teams. Students take courses offered in the regular high school core curriculum depending upon the individual classes he/she needs in order to complete graduation requirements. Students will receive advisement on course selection, standardized test preparation, post secondary options, and scholarships.
Students enrolled in the Crim Open Campus High School must meet all graduation requirements including all state assessments. At the completion of their requirements for graduation, these students will have the opportunity to participate in graduation activities including a commencement.[1]
Former Athletic Programs
Alonzo Aristotole Crim Comprehensive Eagles athletic teams competed in Region 2-AA of the Georgia High School Association.
In its last year as a traditional school, Crim High School's athletic program offered Varsity Girls Softball, Varsity Boys Track, Varsity Football, Varsity Boys Basketball, Junior Varsity Boys Basketball, Varsity Girls Basketball, Junior Varsity Girls Basketball, Varsity Basketball,Junior Varsity Basketball, Cheerleading.
