- ^1 Jasmine & Rara were removed with a red card on Day 10 for inappropriate behaviour during the previous night, including being drunk and disorderly, verbally abusing the hotel staff, doing a striptease in front of the hotel, and apparently damaging another guest's car. Moreover, they refused to get out of bed or admit any wrongdoing on the morning of Day 10, leading to their red card previously held by Alan & Lorenzo of series 2.
- ^2 Jaki & Janice were removed with a red card on Day 22 for overtaking the Day 21’s vote and as they canvassed for votes during the day due to being tired and annoyed with their fellow passengers.
- ^3 On Day 25, due to the announcement of the red terror and the bull fighting activity, Brendan instated the voting rule previously introduced on Day 24 of series 3 and Day 5 of series 1 of celebrity coach trip - on vote time the couple who received the most votes would get an immediate red card, this happened to be Karen & Ben.
- ^4 Wayne & Emma walked at the beginning of Day 29 due to a foot injury.
No post-vote arrivals in series
The Trip Day by Day
Arrival Day and Day 1 of the trip (Day I) - Milan
All the contestants were greeted in Milan by tour guide Brendan and the new tour in the Mediterranean sun started in Milan the famous place for fashion, and within hours the tourists are making a racket 'singing' opera next to the city's famous cathedral. In the afternoon the tourists were told to wash their hands in a pizza cooking lesson which debuted on Day 13 of series 1 and had returned after it's 2 year absence.
At the first vote Jane and Jayne and Bob and Phil received 1 vote. Wendy and Darren received 2 votes but Barbara and Elaina received 3 votes so they got a yellow card
Day 2 (Day II) - Lago Maggiore
It's Day 2 of the brand new tour and the group travels to the stunning Lake Maggiore in the foothills of the Alps.
The tourists get the chance to swim at one of the lake's exclusive islands since the 8th day of series 2. Two of the lads aren't shy when stripping off for a swim, causing one of the ladies to get very overexcited. But at the vote Rob and Timmy, Hilary and Terry, Wendy and Darren and Jane and Jayne received 1 vote but Ruth and Steve received 3 votes and got a yellow card
Day 3 - Saas-Fee/Zermatt
The party crossed the Swiss border into Zermatt. But Brendan's planned 'snow day' hits the rocks when they shut all of the Cable Cars and ski area was closed since cable car suspension in Saas-Fee on Day 9 of series 4.
Brendan takes them to a local museum instead, which gets mixed reviews. Later on disaster strikes when a tourist takes a tumble on the mountain and is rushed to hospital.
And at the vote it's all out war between two couples as one pair accuse the other of neglecting and physically abusing their family by coming on the trip. Ruth and Steve had the red card and went home.
Day 4 - Sierre
Brendan's tourists leave the Swiss mountains and head for an underground lake which classes as Cavern visiting returning after an absence of one year. A lesson in blowing the alpine horn descends into 'Carry On... ' territory.
There appears to be a bit of a north-south divide going on in the group, with the southerners not taking Brendan's tour seriously, and tensions on the rise.
At the vote, one couple gets stung in the neck for constant moaning. And with 4 votes Wendy and Darren get the yellow card.
Day 5 - Lake Geneva
The first week ends with our tourists wakeboarding on Lake Geneva - with predictably dismal results. Two couples make an early departure, replaced by two striking new arrivals, Nav and Anna, who look sure to shake things up. Ongoing arguments boil over again at the vote conducted at an airport entrance, leading to a red card for Wendy and Darren.
Day 6 - Lyon
The coach rolls Mediterranean country bound into France, where they pick up two young attractive new tourists and a game of boules descends into farce as Brendan's refereeing is called into question.
Later on all sense of decorum is lost at a French language lesson where the smutty behaviour of two of the tourists alienates them from the others.
At the vote the passengers outroar and mummify each other like lions and Egyptians. Nav & Anna saw yellow as they were fed to the lions.
Day 7 - Clermont-Ferrand
The day begins with a Bob & Phil leaving due to Phil's injury that happened 4 days ago.
Brendan attempts a cultural morning touring the city's sights, but all the tourists want to do is shop. A lunch of a Paris cuisine snails isn't a great success. And the afternoon is spent at the world's only volcano-themed park with a volcano quiz before one tourist erupts and turn themselves into stone at the vote. Nav and Anna got a red card and were sent home
Day 8 - Brive La Gaillarde
The second week begins with the group enjoying a morning's truffle hunting, but Brendan gets increasingly annoyed with the behaviour of the younger tourists. The afternoon is spent on a relationship bonding exercise at a woodland adventure park that almost ends in divorce for one couple. And two couples had a similar argument to what happened after Joe & Marlon of series 2 lost their Freddie puppet in Benidorm previously at vote time over make up. With 3 votes the yellow card was David and Amanda.
Day 9 - Bordeaux
Brendan took the group to an exclusive restaurant for some oyster tasting. Later the party was joined by two plucky new tourists Val and Margaret before an afternoon of catamaran sailing.
Meanwhile the make up row rumbled on towards the vote. And the 3 votes mean that David and Amanda received a red card and had to make their way home
Day 10 - Mimizan
Brendan is forced to take drastic action against Jasmine and Rara after complaints from the hotel management. Brendan red carded them for bad behaviour and refusing to get out of bed held previously by Alan & Lorenzo on Day 14 of series 2.
Once on the road a bizarre morning is spent at a medieval eco-museum where the group have a lesson in stilt walking. Miraculously nobody got hurt, but in the afternoon there was a casualty as one tourist was thrown from a horse after scaring it by screaming.
Nothing seemed to have changed at the vote when 5 couples became the new minimum of who votes for who would receive penalty cards. Val and Margaret got the yellow card
(Note: 5 couples becoming the new minimum of who votes for who receives the penalty cards first introduced on the first celebrity coach trip series.)
Day 11 - San Sebastian
As the coach rolls Mediterranean country bound into Spain a new couple of outdoor adventurists join the tour who are Shane and Mike.
Brendan tests the group's language skills with a Basque lesson before testing their physical prowess with a game of pelota. At the vote Rob and Timmy had a yellow card
Day 12 - Pamplona
The tour visits Pamplona, home of the world-famous bull run, but unfortunately they're a week late, so must settle for making some churros instead. They were Mary and Darren
In an attempt to further Anglo-Spanish relations Brendan organises a game of cricket, but the behaviour of a brand new tourist embarrasses the rest of the group. At the vote Shane and Mike had a yellow card
Day 13 - Bilbao
In Bilbao there's more Basque-country fun with some rural sports before the group hit the beach for an afternoon's surfing. At the vote the 5 votes make Mary and Darren yellow carded.
Day 14 - Santander
The tour moves on to Santander where Brendan organises a golf tournament, and once again his refereeing ability is called into serious question.
One couple are increasingly distant from the rest of the group which proves their downfall at the vote. With 6 votes Shane and Mike got a yellow card and it's turned into a red. Their Coach Trip was gone
Day 15 - Gijon
One of the older tourists pays for overindulging the night before and is filled with horror at the first of the day's excursions - a cider farm.
It gets worse in the afternoon as Brendan takes them on a deep sea fishing trip and loses half the group to seasickness but at the vote Mary and Darren received the red card with 3 votes against them.
Day 16 - Oviedo/Viveiro
Members of the group have a chance to rejuvenate themselves at a health spa in Oviedo, Spain, where they are joined by a mischievous new couple Andrew and Leah. After the coach got lost on the way to Viveiro, Spain; one of the older tourists shows the youngsters how it is done during the afternoon's quad bike racing session, and an original duo find themselves in the firing line at the vote. Barbara and Elaina get red card and they leaved the trip
Day 17 - A Coruna
The group arrives in A Coruna, Spain, where Brendan arranges Picasso-inspired Cubist art lesson The afternoon is spent with some Galician folk musicians, and two new passengers join the coach. However, it becomes clear that a clear divide is developing between the original tourists and the newcomers. Andrew and Leah get the yellow card
Day 18 - Santiago de Compostela
The tourists arrive in Santiago de Compostela, north-west Spain, to visit one of Christianity's holiest pilgrimage sites, Gary and Alan joined the trip, but conflict erupts when Andrew & Leah play a recorded message on Andrew's phone showing that Hilary is trying to vote the new couples off, and was trying to get Andrew & Leah in the alliance witch makes the new couples have their own alliance against Hilary. Andrew and Leah got sent home
Day 19 - Porto
Brendan organises a lesson in tripe cooking and port tasting for the group in Porto, Portugal, but the behaviour of one couple annoys the other tourists, with the divide between new and old contestants showing no signs of healing. Gary and Alan received 3 votes and get the yellow card.
Day 20 - Aveiro
In Aveiro, Portugal, Brendan challenges the tourists to make and sell traditional sweet eggs, before they enjoy local folk dancing. 2 new couples Sarah and Lucy join the Coach Trip. However, the sun's effects help hospitalise one of the group, before the votes are cast. Gary and Alan go home after their red card.
Day 21 - Obidos
Brendan stretches the group in more ways than one with a seaside yoga lesson before they enjoy a medieval adventure in the picturesque town of Obidos in Portugal. Janice and Jaki received a yellow card
Day 22 - Lisbon
Brendan let the tourists loose around Lisbon in electric golf cart buggies, but it was his lack of direction that got them into trouble. Two young good-looking boys Shaun and Tom joined the group and cause a bit of a stir. And a lovely afternoon was spoilt when a row erupts over the rules of voting and two passengers are sent home for cheating. It was Janice and Jaki. Val and Margaret received red carded in the vote.
Day 23 - Evora
The group enjoy a treasure hunt on Portugal's largest lake before getting up close and personal with some feathered friends on a visit to an ostrich farm. The vote made Wayne and Emma with a yellow card.
Day 24 - Faro/Vilamoura
The group have an unforgettable morning dolphin watching in the Algarve before making a splash at a water park near Faro, Portugal and there was a shock at the end as two previously invincible tourists clocked up the votes. Hilary & Terry finally saw yellow as they were fed to the sharks.
Day 25 - Seville
The coach re-entered Spain for the second time for a day of flamenco dancing and a lesson of bullfighting in Seville the southern home of Tapas bars, where the matador's tight trousers catch the eye of two newly arrived ladies. Seville was mentioned 10 days earlier that it could be many miles from Gijon. The bull wasn't the only one seeing red however, as Brendan unleashed an instant red card, leaving a tough decision for the group, But at voting time. Sarah and Lucy received three votes but previous day's newcomers Karen and Ben received four votes so they had an automatic red card joining Delia & Jaqui of series 3 in the shortest stay records.
Day 26 - Cadiz
Brendan got the group to cook his all-time favourite dish, paella, before more cookery-related fun at a bowl-making class also known as pottery class returning after it's 5 year absence on Coach Trip. The yellow card went to Sarah and Lucy
Day 27 - Tarifa/Gibraltar
The group played Robin Hood during an archery lesson that left one tourist with some nasty bruises, and the afternoon was spent down on the beach with a sand sculpture competition. The vote took place on the ferry to Morocco in North Africa. Sharon and Tressa got the yellow card.
===Day 28 - Morocco Part 1 (Mopokkω pt.1)== A new couple David and Daniel joined for the last three days of the tour by entering Africa for the third time in history well before the Arab Spring protests began for having a similar end to series 4 and they enjoyed the delights of the Tangiers souk. Later the group made their own perfume with some fairly unpleasant results. Yellow was to Shaun and Tom
Day 29 - Morocco Part 2 (Mopokkω pt.2)
The start of the final day of the pre-Arab crisis tour was a disaster for Brendan as he was forced to abandon the second spa activities and take the party back to Tangiers for another belly dancing lesson, and a trip to the funfair, before the winners Rob and Timmy were crowned at the final vote by winning a holiday voucher.
Day 30 - The Last Day (Θε Λασt Δαy)
As Brendan scoops up what's left of his group and heads back to Málaga Airport for the flight home, he looks back at his favourite activities and contestants from the previous month with best bits too. At the airport everyone had to say their goodbyes, as after over 3,000 miles (4,800 km), two continents, six countries and 44 passengers. Finally, Brendan bids farewell to the coach trippers and Paul before walking off into the airport terminal. Coach Trip 6 was over
