Clearwater Estates is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within Parkland County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada.^[1] It is located on the west side of Range Road 264, 0.2 km (0.12 mi) south of Highway 16.

Demographics

As of the 2006 Census of Canada, Clearwater Estates had a total population of 71 living in 26 dwellings. With a land area of 0.4 km² (0.15 sq mi), it had a population density of 178.7 /km² (463 /sq mi).^[1]
