Cinemax (Cinemax India Ltd.) (BSE: 532807 NSE: CINEMAX) is an Indian company which operates cinemas. It belongs to the Kanakia group. The company operates one of the largest exhibition theatre chains in India with 36 properties with 123 screens.[2]
It is the largest multiplex chain in the Mumbai region. Cinemax runs ‘Red Lounge’ at Bandra, Versova and Thane. This has high comfort recliners and comfortable push back seats.[3]
Cinemax is growing multiplex chain in India with their expansion into Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Allahabad, Indore, Bhopal, Kanpur, Panipat, Kolkata, Guwahati, Silguri, etc
