Prochoreutis sestediana is a moth of the Choreutidae family. It is found in most of Europe, India, China (Ningxia, Shaanxi), Sri Lanka, Nepal, Russia (Primorskiy kray, Ural, Evropeyskaya chast’, Kavkaz), Japan (Hokkaido, Shikoku), Asia Minor, Zakavkazye, Syria and the Oriental Region.[1]

The wingspan is 9-12 mm and the silver dusting expands over more than half of the forewing. There are two generations per year, adults are on wing in May and from July to August. They fly during the day.

The larvae feed on Scutellaria galericulata and Scutellaria minor.
