Chikura Station (千倉駅 Chikura-eki?) is a railway station operated by JR East's Uchibō Line located in Minamibōsō, Chiba Prefecture Japan. It is 96.6 kilometers from the terminus of the Uchibō Line at Soga Station.

History

Chikura Station was opened on June 1, 1921. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japan National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987. A new station building was completed in February 2007.

Chikura Station has a single side platform and a single island platform serving three tracks. The station is administed from Tateyama, and has a Green Window service counter attended from 0630-2000 hours and a local tourist information desk.
