Chase View Primary School is a primary school situated on the Pear Tree Estate in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The school came about from the amalgamation of two schools, Pear Tree Primary and Flaxley Primary, which were both situated on the Pear Tree Estate.

Fires

There have been several small fires around the school site during a half term where Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service had to be called out to control them. Although none of the fires damaged the school, one fire in particular did much damage to the area surrounding the school. During the Easter break of 2010 more fires were started around the school, an area locally known as the 'nobby', the start of an area of Cannock Chase, where the fire service has to be called again to control them.
