Built in 1988 and rising 330 ft (101 m), it contains 23 floors of primarily office space. Prior to the building being known as Chase Manhattan Centre it was known has Chemical Bank Plaza. Prior to the building being known as Chemical Bank Plaza it was known as Manufacturers Hanover Plaza.
