Chase Distillery

Chase Distillery

Chase Distillery, founded in 2008 in Herefordshire, produces an array of spirits including potato vodka, apple gin, and a range of liqueurs.

The distillery was founded by William Chase, potato farmer and the man behind Tyrrells Chips, after visiting America on a business trip. The idea was originally formed from having an abundance of potatoes too small to make into potato chips. A state-of-the-art copper distillery was installed at the farm two years later. This is the first new distillery in [England]] in over 250 years.

Chase Potato Vodka was voted best in category in the 2010 San Francisco Spirits competition.
